I called and scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Due to circumstances beyond my control I was unable to make my appointment. After explaining this to the store employee he went above and beyond toget me an appointment a couple hours later. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and outstanding personality. I was in and out in less than 30 min. At no time was I made to feel like I was a burden. The staff at repair one should showed a very favorable opinion of your business. You should've proud to have people of such caliber working for you

This auto repair shop is the Best I have ever used in my life. I had 18 company cars and never had an auto repair shop do what this can do, fix everything. The big bonus is the great people.

The staff was friendly and honest. I was in and out in no time when I had some emergency car troubles. I'm new to the area and didn't know of any good places for car troubles, but I will definitely return if I need anything else done on my car and recommend this to others.

GREAT SERVICE AS ALWAYS

Went in to Repair 1 because I had a squeaking sound on front right side of car. Had an appointment was taken immediately. Customer service was great! When done with the car it ran very well. It has been 4 days since repair work(replaced front brakes). So far all is well.
