Called for something small. Tire needed to be patched. They got me in right away. I used them before on another vehicle and was very satisfied with the work and the last minute call. It was the same with this one. Mike gave me an honest assessment about what I needed moving forward and the timeline and didnt press it as urgent and didnt charge me for the work. I have gone to several auto repair shops and repairone is the best. Single women (young and old) and people that are not knowledgeable in auto repairs, this is the place to go. Only sell you what you need and educate you what you may need next. No pressure! They want you to be a steady customer in the future. I drive a little extra distance just for them.
