I am relatively new to the area and recently was informed that there was an issue with the undercarriage of my car. I confess I picked Repair 1 because it was closest to my house and when I called they were happy to have me come right over. I have no real understanding of cars so they could have told me anything and set any price and I would not have known whether it was reasonable or not. The manager, Chris, was extremely courteous and in a very short time told me the issue, made a recommendation, took care of removing the skid plate, and didn't charge me for it. This made my day - not so much because of the money I saved, but from the integrity and decency of the representatives of this company. I took their card because I can't imagine going anywhere else when, inevitably, repairs are needed. To feel that level of confidence that a repair shop will treat me fairly and honestly is a new experience and has made my move here a little more special. Thanks for both the work and the boost in my positive feelings about people. TS

Repair 1 went out of their way to help find a hidden warrantee to cover an engine replacement for my son's KIA. They are the best.

They are the very best ever!! We have counted on them for many years. They have come to our house and assisted us several times. They never fail to fix our old cars and keep them running. Finally, an honest repair shop who will fix what is needed and doesn't try to run up the bill. Everyone there is extremely nice and they get the job done promptly . You can't go wrong using them!

Never disappointed here, I will drive 100 miles for these guys to do work on my vehicles!

Wow, where to start! I was involved in a very minor auto accident on April 24th that caused very little mechanical damage, however, it did extensive damage to the all the plastic in the nose of our van. Drove the van into REPAIRONE 15 minutes afterwards. Kirk thought maybe they could get it back in order without much delay and my family and I could be on our way home in Illinois. Not to be the case though, our insurance company had to get an adjuster/appraiser out to approve the repairs and costs. Adjuster did not make it out for two days, then took a day to get the final approval on a Friday afternoon. Parts were not available until Monday morning. In fact, to speed the process, Kirk sent someone to Orlando early Monday morning to get the parts to save time. Our van was ready to be picked up Monday afternoon!! It took longer for the Insurance company to appraise than it did Repair One to do the work. Fantastic job, professional, courteous, and very caring. Highly recommend Repair One!!
