Whole operation is very professional from manager to technicians. Does whatever they need to do to make you happy and get your repeat business. They are not pushy and they want you to understand the work that may be needed and even show you the faulty parts that need replacement.

I am fairly new to the Port Orange area and have driven past the shop on previous occassions. I now know where I'll be taking my car for future preventative servicing and maintenance issues. The staff was friendly, kind and courteous. Their shop is well maintained and technicians are competent. I had a minor flat tire problem, and they repaired it for free. While I briefly waited, in the comfortable customer lounge, they solved my problem in minimal time. The owner of the business gained my trust, and will have my business in the near future.

Prompt service, courteous, pleasant staff!

I needed an oil change and saw a special price advertised on a sign outside the facility. I expected a hard sell on additional services, but was pleasantly surprised when I was shown a leaky axle boot but was not pressured to have it repaired there. As an experienced backyard mechanic, I know that the torn boot will eventually cause the CV joint inside it to fail, so Repair One was doing me a service by pointing this out and offering to repair it. The staff was professional and courteous, and the wait time was reasonable, especially since they were very busy. I will be going back to this shop!
