DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- RepairOne(R) Automotive Concepts LLC has completed an expansion of its Daytona Beach, Fla. headquarters. Including the addition of a national training facility, the expansion was initiated in anticipation of increased franchise demand, as RepairOne(R) continues to expand throughout Florida.
"The RepairOne(R) concept has been extremely successful, with market-leading revenue increases since we launched the company in October of 2002," said Todd Hayes, founding partner of RepairOne(R). "We're the fastest-growing automotive repair and service provider in Volusia County, Florida, and are confident that we will become a major national competitor in the industry's franchise environment."
RepairOne(R) offers complete automotive repair and service, as noted by its Addy(R) Award-winning advertising campaign, "Car Trouble? RepairOne(R) We Fix Everything(TM)." As an example, the company provides extended store hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday, free customer shuttle, emergency road-side rescue, nationwide warranty, and friendly, well-dressed store associates. Most of the vehicles brought to RepairOne(R) units are repaired and serviced the same day by certified technicians, most of whom are "ASE(R) Master Certified Technicians." According to Hayes, the use of certified technicians at this level is virtually unheard of in the industry, and just one reason RepairOne(R) currently operates at unit revenue levels significantly higher than industry averages.
"We're in the process of the statewide launch that will begin in 2006, and are positioned for controlled growth in the years ahead," said Hayes. "We'll be adding several new facilities across the state this year, a process made easier by the addition of the new training center. Over the past three years, we've enhanced the RepairOne(R) Method and Model with the integration of a significant amount of automated training, thus allowing faster ramp-up for future franchisees. Our commitment to training is a vital component of our success," added Hayes.
RepairOne® is a privately held company based in Daytona Beach, Fla., formed to create and grant the Master Franchise Rights and Area Development Rights of automotive repair and service center stores franchised under the "RepairOne" name. Keeping on track with our “Build Them by the Dozen” campaign, Halifax Habitat for Humanity celebrated three ceremonies on Saturday, June 25th. Although the clouds threatened to downpour rain during the two groundbreakings and ho use dedication, the weather decided to bless the sites with a mist instead. The first two of the three celebrations started on Wright Street in Daytona Beach. The two adjacent lots will be the future homes for the Farina family and the Hemphill family. Lot #1 is house #88 for HHH and is being sponsored by RepairOne®.

RepairOne® is sponsoring the home as part of the company’s One Home, One Family initiative, and will provide a team of owners, employees, customers, friends and family members to work side-by-side with HHH Family Partner Geney Farina and her son Andrew during construction. And, for the first time at HHH, a web cam will be installed on the site to allow the family and community to monitor construction progress at www.RepairOne.com. This house is also supported by generous funding from the HFHI Southeast Region office.
“We’re proud to sponsor this build with Halifax Habitat for Humanity and help a local family realize their dream of home ownership,” said Todd Hayes, RepairOne® Founding Partner. “Our entire team is excited to be involved in this project and make a real difference in the life of this family.”

Mildred Hemphill and her sons, Richard and Michael, will be building their Habitat house on Lot #2 on Wright Street. They look forward to working alongside their Habitat neighbors, the Farina family, and starting construction in late summer. The Richard S. Vought Memorial Fund is house sponsor of the Hemphill’s future home. Mr. Vought was a man with a very generous heart who had made provisions in his estate for a number of local charities. Trustees Lela and Thomas Garretson and Bob and Gloria Martin describe him as a kind person who was a good neighbor and friend as well as a World War II Veteran who had served bravely.

The land for both homes on Wright St. was donated to HHH by the City of Daytona Beach and Consolidated–Tomoka Land Co. After the two groundbreakings which marked house #11 and #12 for this fiscal year, the crowd moved to Marion Street to celebrate Rekita Lee’s House dedication.
The Lee family house, sponsored by Sodexho USA, was the first “Student Build” for HHH, giving local students an opportunity to participate in the build. Sodexho USA, led by Senior VP Fred Formichella, not only provided the funding for the house, but staff also arranged several work days to join in the construction on the house. As the leader in campus food services, Sodexho provided a beautiful buffet luncheon for all of the house dedication guests.

Sodexho District Manager Rodney Cruise and ERAU/Sodexho liaison Kathy Welch worked closely with HHH during the construction on Rekita’s house. HHH applauds their dedication and hard work in making this new partnership a success.
